EntAA Account Creation - Final Step

The Enterprise A&A portion of the Account Creation process is now complete, but you still must have your newly created User ID linked to a DOT Customer ID before you can create orders.

You should receive an e-mail from a Central Inventory staff member in order to complete the linking portion of the process. Without this step, you cannot approve any stock order to the issuance level. If you haven't received notice via e-mail, or received a call regarding this last step, you can call the DOT Central Inventory office @ (515) 239-1047.

The Customer ID is an active DOT Customer number and can only be linked to your User ID by a DOT Central Inventory staff member after they are satisfied as to who you are and of your authority to create stock orders for the given Customer. Stock orders are billed using a purchase order and the ability to create an order is not given lightly. Only authorized members of a local jurisdiction are given privileges in the Online Ordering system.
