Registration should have caused an e-mail to be sent to the address you provided. Log-In to your e-mail account and respond to the mail sent from the Enterprise A&A administrator. You will have a link in the mail you can respond to that will bring you to a confirmation dialog.
Clicking on Confirm My Account will take you to the identity baseline page in order to setup security for your newly confirmed account. The Confirmation portion of the process is now complete.
